Introducing Soonaverse Service Teams
Every day we have dedicated community members approaching us and asking how they can be part of SoonLabs or the Soonaverse. Some we are integrating through technical solutions, others we are presenting to our DAOs and projects via our Soonaverse Service Teams programs.
Service Teams are “soft skill” groups that are essential for decentralized organizations to scale and achieve their community mandates. Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Sales have all been identified and are in the process of being formed, but today we would like to announce the very first Service Team organized by Silicon Valley Lawyer and active IOTA community member True.
True will lead a core team of 5 lawyers with expertise in technology, labor, employment, contracting, negotiations, mediation, and securities law with the goal of scaling up to over a dozen professionals to handle the entire Soonaverse DAO community.
The only thing required to gain access to this team is ownership of an NF3. The NF3 will provide access to a group of legal professionals AND a free consultation. As the NF3 holder (DAO project) and the legal team identify their legal needs and move from consultation to activities like the preparation of legal contracts or organization formation, 1-to-1 agreements can be forged with the team in exchange for the DAO’s project tokens.
You heard that right, rather than fiat payments, Service Teams will be accepting tokens issued by a DAO in exchange for their services. So, if you are able to engage the team in a meaningful manner, show them your market potential, your value, your vision, they may join you! That’s how the Services Teams work. You can build your team by turning your vision and ideas into equity! You might even find one of the SoonLabs founders in one of our Service Teams looking for projects to join ;)
This is area specialization approach to team building is exactly how we built SoonLabs and like everything we do, we want to share our experiences and learnings with you. We hope you are as excited about this new program as we are. Information regarding how to access the program through our Discord server will be made public after March 1st, when the first NF3 holders are minted in the upcoming NFT sale.
